Swift and helpful reception, highly efficient staff in all areas, and a comfy, quiet night's sleep. The staff were pretty good too assist with my conference equipment, and the bed was comfortable. Despite a small issue with the bacon, breakfast was excellent, and the lunch provided for conference delegates was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay in London.

I recently stayed at a hotel in London over Easter and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from check-in. The location of the hotel was ideal, with all the main attractions within easy reach. Plus, the hotel had a great view from the room, an added bonus.

Great location, walking distance to public transportation and attractions. Excellent breakfast buffet, a pleasant surprise and good value for money. Spacious rooms, considering the central location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, from the reception to the restaurant and breakfast staff. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely buffet breakfast that had a great selection of hot and cold food. The location was also perfect, as it was easy to find and just a few minutes' walk from the Southwark tube station. We felt safe in this area of the city, in close proximity to local shops and restaurants.

We loved the location of this place; it was walking distance to the tube station and many brilliant attractions like Borough Market and the river. The room was well equipped with plenty of amenities like an iron, safe, and air conditioning. We truly appreciated the exceptional room service and housekeeping, who were always ready to help with any request without hesitation. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon arrival too!

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The hotel staff were really nice too make our family trip special. They allowed us to store our bags before check-in so we could start exploring right away. The kids loved the swimming pool and the complimentary cookies for children at check-in were a nice touch. The location was also convenient, being close to the Southwark tube station.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to all the attractions and with a convenient tube station nearby. The room was clean and beautiful, with a lovely view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the dining area was comfortable.

The walls were quite thin, allowing for some noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.
